Notice to Our Customers Related to the COVID-19 Coronavirus Situation

Update 4/21/2021:

Thank you for your continued patience and support of eJuice Direct in this unprecedented era. At this time, we cannot ship orders outside of the U.S. and any U.S. state which has a ban on online vape retailing, including but not limited to New York state. 

We have recently secured an alternative shipping option as USPS is no longer available. For more information, please read our Shipping Policy HERE.

Due to the recent effect of the PACT Act, there are changes to your shipments and orders that you need to be aware of right now. Please read our PACT Act statement for the full details, and feel free to contact us HERE with any questions or concerns.

Inventory:

Our warehouse is receiving shipments of products every day, and we are working around the clock to stock up our site so you can find the great deals you count on from your favorite e-Liquid retailer. At this time, we are actively bringing in new products and brands, and we will announce their launches on our social media and to our email newsletter subscribers. Update 8/18/20:

Shipping & Fulfillment:
As always, we sincerely appreciate your support and commitment to eJuice Direct as your favorite online e-Liquid retailer. At this time, you may experience some delays in receiving your shipment due to the ongoing issues with USPS. In light of this, we have reinstated our international shipping to Canada and the U.K. ONLY. Should you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the fulfillment and shipment of your order, you can contact our Customer Service Team for assistance 24/7 at [email protected].

Inventory:
As of this writing, the eJuice Direct website is up-to-date on all current stock. If you are curious about a particular product, are having difficulty locating the product you want to purchase, or experience any other issues with regards to inventory, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Update: 7/29/20:

Shipping & Fulfillment:
Thank you for your continued patience as understanding as we have worked with all major shipping companies on improved delivery times. As of this writing, some deliveries may be subject to shipping delays due to current events. Additionally, eJuice Direct has temporarily suspended international shipping on all carriers. We are experiencing some delay in fulfillment due to being short-staffed in our warehouse. Currently, we are no longer experiencing backorders on stock, and all products should be updated on our website. If you would like updates on the status of any eJuice Direct product, please contact our Customer Care team directly.

Update: 5/27/20:

Shipping & Fulfillment:
At this time some customers are still experiencing minor delays, but shipping and fulfillment times are continuing to improve as some states begin to reopen. If you have any questions or are still waiting to receive an order, please contact our customer service team at

Inventory:
We have received several back-ordered shipments and are working diligently to get these e-Liquids, disposable vape devices, and hardware available for purchase. Keep a close eye on your favorite products- if they have been out of stock, they should hopefully be listed shortly.

Customer Service:
We are carefully following the CDC as well as local and state government announcements related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our staff will return to the office when the state and local government advise it will be safe to do so. At this time, we hope to return to the office fully by the end of June.

Update 5/7/20:

Shipping & Fulfillment:
Due to COVID-19 there have been disruptions in international mail deliveries. As a result, we have decided to suspend international shipping to all countries EXCEPT for Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

We are doing everything we can to continue shipping in-stock orders within our promised timeline, but you may experience slowdowns during peak times that may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience.

Inventory:
We are continuing to order and restock inventory as it becomes available. You may still find some specific items out of stock, but we are working hard to ensure the products you need will be available as soon as possible.

Update 4/24/2020:

Shipping & Fulfillment:
While we are experiencing shipping delays outside of our control, but are still currently shipping and fulfilling 90% of same-day orders.

USPS and FedEx are continuing to have delays. FedEx has waived all guarantees for transit times, and USPS has changed 1-3 day shipping to 3-5 day shipping. We are closely monitoring shipping times and will continue to provide you with updated information.

Inventory:
While we are continuing to work with our vendors, you may find some items, particularly some e-Liquid and hardware are unfortunately currently out of stock.

Please also be aware that some products are still sealed but are being shipped without boxes or the typical packaging you’re used to. This is the manufacturer’s decision in order to continue to produce products without significant delay, and we appreciate your understanding.
