Notice to Our Customers Related to the COVID-19 Coronavirus Situation

Update: 5/27/20:

Shipping & Fulfillment:
At this time some customers are still experiencing minor delays, but shipping and fulfillment times are continuing to improve as some states begin to reopen. If you have any questions or are still waiting to receive an order, please contact our customer service team at

Inventory:
We have received several back-ordered shipments and are working diligently to get these e-Liquids, disposable vape devices, and hardware available for purchase. Keep a close eye on your favorite products- if they have been out of stock, they should hopefully be listed shortly.

Customer Service:
We are carefully following the CDC as well as local and state government announcements related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our staff will return to the office when the state and local government advise it will be safe to do so. At this time, we hope to return to the office fully by the end of June.

Update 5/7/20:

Shipping & Fulfillment:
Due to COVID-19 there have been disruptions in international mail deliveries. As a result, we have decided to suspend international shipping to all countries EXCEPT for Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

We are doing everything we can to continue shipping in-stock orders within our promised timeline, but you may experience slowdowns during peak times that may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience.

Inventory:
We are continuing to order and restock inventory as it becomes available. You may still find some specific items out of stock, but we are working hard to ensure the products you need will be available as soon as possible.

Update 4/24/2020:

Shipping & Fulfillment:
While we are experiencing shipping delays outside of our control, but are still currently shipping and fulfilling 90% of same-day orders.

USPS and FedEx are continuing to have delays. FedEx has waived all guarantees for transit times, and USPS has changed 1-3 day shipping to 3-5 day shipping. We are closely monitoring shipping times and will continue to provide you with updated information.

Inventory:
While we are continuing to work with our vendors, you may find some items, particularly some e-Liquid and hardware are unfortunately currently out of stock.

Please also be aware that some products are still sealed but are being shipped without boxes or the typical packaging you’re used to. This is the manufacturer’s decision in order to continue to produce products without significant delay, and we appreciate your understanding.
