Not exactly funnel cake but still really good!

I grew up going to the Jersey Shore every summer where funnel cakes are a mainstay. I’m used to getting one sprinkled with a mountain of powdered sugar but not cinnamon. This doesn’t taste like funnel cake to me BUT it’s still a good flavor. It’s like a sweet baked good with a mild cinnamon flavor. It’s a great alternative to all the fruit flavors available.
