Coils are great! Ejuice direct is not

Great coils if you can ever recieve them. It took almost a month for me to get my coils and sending multiple emails with excuses for replies. I got the runaround with a different person saying a different thing every time. It was very frustrating and I will never order from this company again!

Where’s the order I placed 18 days ago

Yous keep asking me to rate products I haven’t received, an order that was placed 18 days ago. No one has replied to my emails; your website says replies within 24hrs. Also, I tried to chat during your business hours and the message is still unread.

I got these 0.4 coils and they all worked great. Very constant quality with easy installation. I use my 50 mg juice at 12 watts and they work well with great flavor. The recommended wattage is 25 but, 12 is fine and they seem to last a very long time.
