Haven't received my order and customer service isn't helping

It's been 33 days since I made my order and it hasn't been delivered yet. Customer service is giving me the "holiday delays" line but it's January 13th. No help. No inclination to deliver what I already paid for.

Thought about purchasing another Juul until I saw the edge. Love that it has a backup battery. Nice vape for beginners. Only con is it doesn‚Äö√Ñ√¥t come with a cartridge. I was aware and ordered a few pods to get started right away

Great device

This device has two interchangeable batteries. When one dies you simply pop in the other one. They're held in magnetically and don't move around. Each rated 250 mah for a total of 500 mah. They charge very quickly too. The device has great flavor and doesn't leak. Fires great. No primer puffs needed to get it going. I've tried most of the suorin line and really like this one.
