We will make every effort to get your shipment on its way to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed by 2PM Central Time on weekdays will ship out the same day. More than 99% of orders are shipped within 1 business day.
All orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday. Click Here to see how this may be affected by Covid-19 (Although you may receive an email with a tracking # over the weekend. The order WILL NOT be picked up until Monday by USPS.)

We offer two domestic services for shipping:
USPS – Shipping to anywhere in the U.S. is a flat $8. We ship via USPS Priority which is estimated to arrive in 1-3 Business Days. (This time frame is estimated and IS NOT guaranteed by USPS or eJuice Direct)
FedEx – Shipping to anywhere in the U.S. is a flat $10. We ship via FedEx Express 2-Day which is estimated to arrive in 2 Business Days. (This time frame is estimated and IS NOT guaranteed by eJuice Direct). FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping to anywhere else in the world is based on weight and automatically calculated during checkout. We offer 3 different levels of international service (First Class, Priority and Priority Express).
First Class can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.
Priority can take 10-15 business days.
Priority Express can take 5-10 business days.

International Mail Service Disruptions
Due to COVID-19 there have been disruptions in international mail deliveries.
Unfortunately since we can’t be sure that international shipments will get to their destinations in a reasonable time or at all, we have decided to suspend international shipping to all countries EXCEPT for Canada and United Kingdom.

eJuice Direct ships orders anywhere allowed by law. Please check the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to ensure that your order will not be delayed, seized, or held at customs or elsewhere, and will not have any local duties, taxes, or tariff charges applied (which will be your responsibility to pay). If your package is delayed or seized by customs, or if you choose not to pay any applicable local duties, taxes, or tariff charges, eJuice Direct is not responsible for issuing any refund, including your shipping charges. If the package is denied by customs and is returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping again. There will be no refunds.

We reserve the right to substitute bottle sizes, in order to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Meaning if you order 120ml, we may send you 2 x 60ml instead.
