Currently with COVID and other shipping delays orders are being processed within 72 hrs or less as we work through this delay we hope to be able to get back to same-day shipping. 

We will make every effort to get your shipment on its way to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed by 2 PM CST on weekdays will ship out the same day. More than 99% of orders are shipped within 1 business day.

All orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday or Saturday and Sunday, will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note that order tracker emails are automatically generated, and although you may receive one during this time, the order WILL NOT be picked up until the following Monday.

If you have placed an order and not received a shipping notification within one (1) business day (M-F) you may have failed age verification. 

**PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AND ANY OTHER PROMOTION FOLDERS YOU MAY HAVE.  THE AGE VERIFICATION EMAIL MAY BE FILTERED INTO ONE OF THESE FOLDERS.**

Shipping Services: 

We currently offer Xparcel for domestic shipments. 

  • Shipping to anywhere in the U.S. is a flat $12.00 fee. 
  • Shipping fee includes an adult signature requirement. 
    • This new requirement is to ensure the order is going to a person of 21 years or older as mandated by the PACT ACT 
  • We ship via Xparcel which is estimated to arrive in 3-8 Business Days.

The time frames are estimated and ARE NOT guaranteed by Xparcel or eJuice Direct.

For International Orders:

Due to COVID-19 and the PACT ACT, we will no longer be able to ship any orders internationally.
