I responded to my delivery, 10 days ago, with the following email and have yet to hear back from them.
. I am writing to express my disappointment with the products I received in my recent order. Upon inspection, I noticed that all the juice bottles appear to be much lighter in color and lack the expected flavor compared to my previous purchases of the same brand and flavor over the past 10 years. I had high hopes of establishing a long-term relationship with your company as my preferred supplier for this juice; however, the quality of this shipment falls short of my expectations. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter further and would appreciate your guidance on how we can address this issue promptly.
