How to file a support request?

We strive to make your online shopping experience simple from beginning to end, and have designed our support request process to be quick and easy. To file a support request, simply send us an email at support@ejuicedirect.com. We guarantee a response time of no longer than 24 hours, so check your email frequently after filing to receive our prompt response. Please be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, as our emails often get filtered out of the inbox automatically.

Hardware Policy:
All hardware is final sale.
If the device is DOA you may reach out to support@ejuicedirect.com. Be sure to include pictures and video showing the issue. (No EXCEPTIONS). If a pre-approval return is granted we will have the device returned. Once the device has been received back it can take up to 5 business days for a decision to be made. If approved we will re-ship a new device as long as it is in stock or provide you with store credit to go towards future orders. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost will only be deducted from gift card amount should the device be found to not be DOA.

Discount Codes Policy:
Discount codes must be applied at checkout to be used. We are unable to process a discount code after an order has been received, and refunds will not be issued due to a discount code not being applied prior to the order being submitted. Discount codes can be applied prior to the checkout screen through your cart.
