They send about half your orders

The last couple times I have either been charged twice or have just not received my 2nd order. I always order the same juice but lately ive noticed when I order it withdraws from my bank twice even get notifications of the order but one 1 is shipped. Pretty lame, help / support department is non-existent stick to home town stores

I have tried many different "cereal" juices and Cereal Trip is the best one I have found so far. Reminds me of Fruity Pebbles.
