Poor shipping and communication

Received no shipping notification. After 10 business days I contacted the customer support. They said they would contact the shipping company and find out what happened. 3 days later the package delivery was attempted but no one was home because we had no notification that they would be attempting to deliver it nor were we notified that the package had to be signed for. I reached out to the shipping company by texting the number on the missed delivery slip and have not heard anything. They have not made a second attempt to deliver the package.
