Bought 2 of the Banana Ice flav, followed instructions, full battery, still doesn’t work – air hole is blocked by switch. Could not get a refund from customer service because I don’t want to make & send them a video. Whatever, I’ll buy something else.

I have the same exact problem as the previous review. Battery says 100% pulled the pin out and removed the tag and put the pin back in and it doesn’t work. Emailed customer service twice, no response. 2 of the 5 vapes I ordered don’t work. Won’t be ordered from here again with this kind of service and quality of product.

battery is at 100%, i recharged it again, put the pin back in and out. Don’t work.. I saw some threads about this vape after i got it, its not the elfbar we know, and it seems that im not the only one with this problem.
