Tastes great, doesn't last

It says here that this is rechargeable. See description. I cannot figure out how to recharge this. There is NO way this lasts 3500 puffs. It lasts maybe a week at best. Flavor is awesome, but it doesn't last long enough for me to pay this much for it.
