SMOK Novo Pods
I sent a message to cs that I accidentally ordered the wrong pods. I ordered 7 boxes. I opened one box – I thought maybe it was new packaging. Customer service said I couldn’t exchange them because it was opened. I understand not being able to return the open one. I Responded saying I only want to exchange the 6 unopened boxes. I never received a response. The pods I got do not work with Nic salt.
I just came across this looking for a way to order these instead of buy them from a vape shop. For $20 btw. Same pack. Out of all the novo pods the black packs seem to be the only ones that don’t leak my juice
They’re not the original pods that I usually get with my order these you fill from the side instead of the top and they leak really bad the flavor isn’t as strong and the filler cap. Sometimes can be hard to pull out and I’ve had a couple break completely off.
They are great. Just what I needed

I went through all the trouble shooting and nothing has worked.
I really hope I bought the correct size pods this time.
Last month, I ordered the incorrect pods.
It’s been over a month nicotine free I’m a little bit cranky..
Good product for the price. Sure beats the tax I would pay at the vape store
