Once requested and approved, a refund is issued within 24 business hours. Each financial institution varies, but most banks process refunds in 1-5 business days. A business day is constituted as any full day after the date of order. This excludes Saturday/Sunday and Federal Holidays.

Once your order is placed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What you are seeing is a pre-authorization from your bank that will disappear in a couple of days. This most often occurs when the billing information entered on your order does not match what your bank has on record for your account. You will need to re-submit payment before your order can process. Please contact your bank for additional information, as most banks have their own policies regarding this situation.

Please be sure to search your email for the term “Age Verification” to see if your email provider filtered out our Age Verification email from the inbox to a junk, spam, or promotions folder.
