Once requested and approved, a refund is issued within 24 business hrs. Each financial institution varies, but most banks process refunds in 1-5 business days. Once it’s processed by your bank, you will see it on your account.

We will make every effort to get your shipment on its way to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed by 3PM Central Time on weekdays will ship out the same day. More than 99% of orders are shipped within 1 business day.

All orders placed after 3pm CST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday. (Although you may receive an email with a tracking # over the weekend. The order WILL NOT be picked up until Monday.)

A business day is constituted as any full day after the date of order. This excludes Saturday/Sunday and Federal Holidays.

Once your order is placed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

What you’re seeing is a preauthorization from your bank that will drop off in a couple of days. This most often occurs when the billing information entered on your order does not match what your bank has on record for your account. You will need to re-submit payment before your order can process.

The most common reason for order delays is Age Verification. Please be sure to search your email for the term “Age Verification” to see if our Age Verification email was filtered out by your email provider. There are also times when we reach out to customers in regards to issues with your order. No. While we appreciate your business and your effort to save with our codes, we cannot change your order after it has been placed. Save your code for you next order!

Most likely, your order confirmation has been filtered into spam/junk folders. Many email providers now have many new folders for promotions, social platforms, or updates that you may have to dig through to find.
